Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or scrape it, and no unlawful content sent to us. We may block access for anyone who does.
Invoice tool
The invoice tool helps creators and suppliers put together an invoice to NOT Management AS. It is a document builder, not accounting or tax advice. You are responsible for making sure the details on your invoice are correct and that you meet your own tax and VAT obligations.
Payments and refunds
The site is free to use and takes no payments. Campaign work is agreed in a separate written agreement, which sets out prices, VAT, payment terms and cancellation.
Content and trademarks
Site content belongs to NOT Management AS or is used with permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to name brands we have worked with, not to suggest endorsement beyond that.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but give no guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss from using the site or the invoice tool. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes go to Hordaland District Court (Hordaland tingrett) as the agreed venue.
