Who we are

Not Influenced is a brand of NOT Management AS (org. no. 931 067 915 MVA), Løypetona 31, 5918 Frekhaug, Norway. We are the data controller. Contact: contact@notinfluenced.no.

What we collect and why

  • Emails you send us. Your name, email and whatever you write. Used to reply and discuss a possible collaboration. Legal basis: legitimate interest / steps before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • Invoice tool. Everything you type in the invoice tool stays in your browser and is never sent to us. The only thing stored on our server is the invoice number issued (for example NOT4000) and the time it was issued, so numbers are never reused. Legal basis: legal obligation for bookkeeping (art. 6(1)(c)).
  • Invoices you email to us are kept as accounting records, as required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider may briefly process your IP address to deliver the site securely.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking. Fonts are served from our own site, so no data is sent to font providers.

Who we share data with

We never sell personal data. We use trusted processors for web hosting, our database and email, bound by data processing agreements. Some may be located outside the EEA, in which case the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

How long we keep it

  • General emails: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless we work together.
  • Invoices and accounting records: 5 years, as required by Norwegian law.
  • Issued invoice numbers: 5 years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to our processing. To request deletion or anything else, email contact@notinfluenced.no. We reply within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices) cannot be deleted before the retention period ends.

You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
